• Elkamet, a parts manufacturer for construction equipment, will create 50 jobs at its new facility in Flat Rock.
• Materials Innovation Technologies, a developer of automotive components, hopes to add up to 50 new jobs at its facility in Hendersonville.
• Netriplex Corp., an internet services provider, moved its international network operation center to Biltmore Park in Asheville and hired about 12 new employees.
